Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using imisspdf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using imisspdf on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account creation and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@imisspdf.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.

3. Acceptable use policy

You may not use imisspdf to process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. Prohibited uses include malware distribution, copyright infringement, CSAM, fraudulent document creation, and circumventing security or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Intellectual property

imisspdf, its logos, branding, and the underlying software are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to files you upload — we do not claim any ownership of your content.

5. User content

You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to perform the operations you request. This license terminates the moment your file is deleted (within 1 hour).

6. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your account page. Annual plans qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded but stop renewing immediately upon cancellation.

8. Service availability

We target 99.95% uptime (99.99% for Enterprise). Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party outages, or your own infrastructure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold imisspdf harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the service, or your file contents.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surabaya, with exceptions for consumer rights mandated by your local jurisdiction.

13. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and via banner for 30 days. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
